I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by ClickSuggest. We have been working with them for over six months, and during that entire time not a single appointment has been generated from their campaigns. Not one. For a service that is supposed to specialize in lead generation, that is simply unacceptable. Communication has also been very frustrating. Every time we follow up, we receive excuses about new systems, updates, or testing phases, but no actual results. Meanwhile, months keep passing without any measurable progress. If you are considering working with this company for lead generation, I strongly recommend you think twice. After half a year of waiting and investing time and money, we have zero ROI and nothing to show for it. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
