Our experience as a company has been negative. They send invoices immediately and then try to sue, even though the leads demonstrably do not meet the promised quality. We will refuse to cooperate with them in the future, as they refuse to find a solution. This assessment clearly reflects our experience during this collaboration.

I attempted to exercise my right to access my personal data under Article 15 of the GDPR with Cooper Ads after learning from another company that Cooper Ads had shared my data with them. I submitted a formal request via email. So far – a month and several reminders later – I have received no response whatsoever from Cooper Ads. Neither an acknowledgment of receipt nor a substantive reply. Such a lack of response to access requests in this manner is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of respect for data protection regulations and the rights of data subjects. I have filed a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority. I would therefore advise against using companies that handle data protection requests in this way. A potential customer or partner should be aware of what they are getting into. Update: Instead of addressing my data protection concerns, the company attempted to have this factual and verifiable criticism removed from Google. My objection was upheld by Google, and the review was reinstated after I was able to prove the facts. This approach reinforces my original assessment.
