The HR organization is deplorable, not to mention the facilities. The air conditioning is serviced only when they remember, and it just blows out dust. The chairs are uncomfortable and worn out. The facilities leave much to be desired, as does the HR service.
At least during my time at KFC (PRB), it was a bad experience. I worked there for a year: They don't provide insurance (they promise it after 3 months, but nothing happens). Your lunch break is 45 minutes, not the 1 hour they make you sign in the contract. Holidays are paid double, but if you miss a day, they deduct it from a full day's pay; they practically threaten you and force you to come in. Tardiness is deducted from your salary. There's too much favoritism towards some people when it comes to career advancement. There was a time when if you worked overtime, they paid you with extra hours—just imagine! And if you didn't support them in any way, they'd turn on you. They need to show more compassion towards their workers, like providing legal loans, social security, etc.
