I’m writing this review to help future customers make an informed decision. I signed up for a two-week campaign. The assigned cold caller, Joshua Paul, was effective only during the first two days, mainly to generate initial interest. During that time, I received three phone numbers of potential clients who might have been open to speaking with an agent. For the remaining twelve days, there were constant excuses—unanswered calls, voicemail messages, and lack of follow-up—with no real solutions or adjustments to improve results. It felt less like a partnership focused on my success and more like a strategy designed to keep me paying for a campaign with promised outcomes that never materialized. Charlotte is one of the managers I have had the pleasure of dealing with. She made the process extremely easy for us, from the scripts, dialer, to rebuttals. Agents adapted quickly and hit the ground running with our projects. She had one of her top agents, Joshua, as team leader for our group and he is amazing and talented as well!! Highly recommend
