Industrial Cold Calling

The company is withholding funds for refunds to Bonprix customers. I'm consolidating complaints regarding negative reviews from various sources. I'll file a collective complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency.

This company should be handling customer service at Bonprix. Customer service, as such, is completely nonexistent. All regulatory deadlines outlined in the terms and conditions are violated. Returns are either not processed or processed incompletely, and it takes months to get your hard-earned money back. Calling the contact number is useless—requests are not registered and don't even have a number. As a result, they've completely ruined what was once a successful store! Long-standing customers are trying to get their money back and forget about this "collaboration" forever. You can read reviews of this company's "work" to ruin Bonprix at otzyv.ua. I've repeatedly provided all my information to your employees (Olga Koshulnikova, Nikolai Skorich, Sergey Makhnitsky, and others) to no avail.
