The contract was signed two months before the start of the job, a week before the call saying the client had changed their mind, and basically, the matter was settled because they faced no consequences. No one seemed to care that the person had already quit their previous job and was suddenly left with nothing. Please be very careful with this company and their junk contracts that mean nothing.

POOR RECRUITMENT PROCESSES I wasted about three hours on an interview with an AI that kept looping and repeatedly answering the same questions. It was very difficult to get the AI ​​to end the interview and send a response. I received no feedback despite two email attempts. I don't even know if the "stage 1" AI interview was sent; perhaps the AI ​​completely failed and no data was forwarded to the recruiting department. I recorded the entire conversation just in case, but the recruiter wasn't interested enough in the interview to get to the point where they offered to help improve the system. In short, a complete lack of professionalism, ghosting, and a lot of wasted time. Based on my experience, I recommend anyone in the future who needs to complete any stage of the AI ​​interview to ig
