I was assigned four different projects within just 18 days, yet they still expected high performance in such a short period. There was no proper onboarding or time given to understand the work, which made it very difficult to deliver quality results. The company talks a lot about employee intelligence, but they fail to reflect the same in their own management. During the interview, they spoke about IT projects, but after joining, I was given work related to cement dealer data, which was completely completely different from what was discussed. There is also a lack of professionalism in the workplace. Project managers were seen eating food in front of employees during work discussions, which reflects poor office etiquette. Overall, there is a clear gap between what is promised in interviews
