UPDATE MAY 2026: After months of back and forth...I have to say the company has stepped up and I wanted to come back up and show the progress they paid. The quality of work stepped up by A LOT..and it shows there is more time and attention to detail. I have had less issues where I need to push back...this feels like a normal follow through between 2 businesses. The changes made over the last months makes me want to recommend this company for social media support, virutal assistant support, website support! 2025 Experience: As a founder managing multiple organizations, I had high hopes for Task Virtual to streamline operations and free up my time for higher-level strategy. While the team initially showed enthusiasm and responsiveness, I consistently ran into challenges with follow-through, consistency, and accountability. Projects often required repeated clarification, and deadlines were missed or completed below standard, leaving me spending more time managing the work than delegating it. For someone running a mission-driven business, that lack of reliability became costly. This is a great place if you need to offset busy work, but if you're looking for a person to use creativity or any type of thinking skills, even generating social media posts, this may not be a good fit. To their credit, a few individual assistants were intelligent, respectful, and eager to learn, but the overall structure and supervision model need stronger oversight and clearer systems for quality control. I appreciate their willingness to help, but for professionals running complex operations, the inconsistency and training gaps make it hard to recommend Task Virtual without significant improvement in management and deliverable standards.

I've been using Task Virtual since December 2025 for my two organisations - a psychedelic therapy training centre and a national professional association. As a psychologist and director running multiple programs, I needed affordable, flexible remote support across digital marketing, video editing, content management, and admin. Over five months, the team handled Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for two professional training programs, edited a promotional video in 4K, set up email automation for our Meta ad leads, planned social media content for a full year of webinars, and uploaded course content to our LearnWorlds LMS. That's a lot of ground covered. The onboarding was smooth and the pricing is genuinely competitive. I worked with several team members and most were communicative and willing to ask questions rather than guess. The ad creative matched our branding well, campaign settings were accurate, With clear communication and solid briefs, Task Virtual has helped me get things done I simply wouldn't have had time for on my own. Good value, broad skill set, responsive team.
