Worked here 8 months. They blame you for not getting leads but have you call on crappy old records that have nothing but a name and company name. Then they expect you to dig up the rest but then get mad when you take too long. They compare your numbers to people that have been there for 4 years then say “i’m not trying to compare you to them”. They also put you on the worst queues and then again compare you to the people on the most promising queues, they set you up for failure then blame you for it. Cubicle neighbors were great people but the management was so dehumanizing with all the “feedback” they give. Great bunch of hard-working people who make you feel like you’re part of the family from the get-go! I love my job here, that’s why I came back after being out of state for a decade! Would recommend this company for anyone who needs lead generation services, or anyone who needs a job To definitely give it a try. You never know unless you try if you’d be good at or not!
