From 12:30 to 1:00 PM, we were supposed to be chatting in a Google Meet. I had a problem with my microphone, which took me a little over 15 minutes to fix. Knowing this, the advisor never showed any interest in what was happening. When I told him it was fixed and I could rejoin the call, even though there were still a little less than 15 minutes left, they told me they were already assisting someone else. They offered to reschedule, which didn't seem appropriate since what I needed was quite simple, and their proposals were always generic and not at all personalized. I asked them to send the proposal by email, but they refused. You can see how the conversation ended in the photo.
