About DD.NYC
DD.NYC is a Manhattan creative agency founded in 2015, working from 85 Broad Street. The official site positions the studio around branding, custom web design, packaging, and video, with public work that includes the FIFA World Cup 2026 NYNJ host-city site, New York City FC's Etihad Park site, Match Group, and the Ms. Foundation. The firm is a New York State women-owned M/WBE and lists Inc. 5000 recognition in advertising and marketing. This is a design-led New York shop, not a paid-media factory. Clutch shows a 5.0 rating across 104 reviews.
Who DD.NYC Is Best For
DD.NYC is best for companies that want a New York creative team for brand identity, websites, packaging, and video storytelling rather than a performance-only media shop. They fit buyers who can work at $150-199/hr with a $10,000+ Clutch floor and a Manhattan HQ at 85 Broad Street. Not a fit if you need a sub-$100/hr marketing retainer or a specialist that only runs PPC and SEO.

I am suing this agency. They delivered subpar work that was commercially unusable. Despite damages exceeding the deposit I paid, all I requested was a refund of the deposit, which they absolutely refused. What they delivered was nowhere near the quality of their own beautiful website or the portfolio items they showed me to close the sale. It's a bait and switch where the goal seems to be to get a large deposit upfront, do marginal work, and then refuse to return the deposit. It's probably a pretty effective scam, except when clients like me take it to court and justice gets served. My advice if you're considering this agency: run!
We were fortunate to partner with DD.NYC on the development of our new website, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Their team took the time to truly understand our vision and transformed it into a site that is not only visually impressive but also exceeds expectations in functionality. Their expertise, creativity, and forward-thinking approach set them apart, and their professionalism made the entire process seamless. We’re excited to launch our new site in the coming weeks and couldn’t be happier with the results. We highly recommend DD.NYC to anyone looking for a top-tier digital partner.
