Despite the money given, services that are essential for the proper functioning and efficiency of a website, such as SEO and Hosting, were not included, and additional money was requested for these services, and when asked what exactly they provide for the money they initially asked for, the answer was design and customization, and while the provision of hosting was stated in the contract, they told me that there was a mistake in the wording. In addition, I had great difficulty communicating with them by phone, as they did not answer the calls. Overall, very dissatisfied with our cooperation. Fortunately, we have now left this company and now we have an excellent site, it is simply sad that we "threw" so much money up the drain.

An appointment was held at our company's headquarters in Thessaloniki, a full recording of needs both in person and via Microsoft Teams. They informed us that we would receive a quote for a website redesign and marketing package. We never heard from them again.
