Raising national awareness for The Headland
The Headland
Palm ran a national PR campaign to position The Headland as a premium UK staycation destination, using the hotel’s 125th anniversary as a ‘why now’ hook and hosting journalist review visits. The work secured over 18 pieces of national coverage including The Times, The Telegraph and The Independent, with a total coverage reach of 456 million in nine months.

Damu at The Mandrake
Palm launched Damu, a wellness concept with no existing brand awareness, combining trade media, a Sunday Times exclusive in the Spa Guide, a new SEO-optimised website, paid Google and Meta campaigns, and the first hotel partnership with Marina Abramović’s Longevity Method. Coverage included The Times calling it potentially ‘the UK’s most woo-woo spa’.

I worked with Palm PR Ltd for several years, and what follows is an accurate account of my direct experience and of events that can be independently verified. In 2025, Essex Police executed a court-approved search warrant at the home address of a Palm PR employee as part of an investigation into the unauthorised access of my company’s servers. Electronic devices were seized for forensic analysis. These matters remain allegations at this stage, but warrants of this nature are only issued when a court is satisfied that there are reasonable grounds to do so. During this period, my business suffered significant financial loss. Palm PR also failed to settle an outstanding invoice owed to my company, and enforcement agents have attended both the company’s business address and the director’s residential address in an attempt to recover the debt. As of today, this remains unpaid. Separately, I identified a number of irregularities in Palm PR’s publicly filed accounts. These have been formally referred to Companies House and the Insolvency Service for review. All filings referenced are publicly accessible on the Companies House register. Despite repeated attempts to resolve matters directly and professionally, Palm PR has not provided meaningful engagement or clarification. At the same time, I have observed a focus on promoting positive reviews rather than addressing legitimate concerns raised by former clients and staff. My recommendation to prospective clients or partners is simply this: Carry out thorough due diligence, examine the publicly available information, and make your own informed decision.
I’ve worked with Palm PR & Digital on various consultancy matters related to brand strategy and public relations, and I’ve consistently found their service to be nothing short of impeccable. The team is highly professional, responsive, and results-driven, with a rare ability to deliver campaigns that are both creative and commercially effective. What truly sets Palm apart is their integrity. They are transparent, strategic, and always focused on measurable outcomes — something that is refreshingly rare in the PR world. Their work across luxury hospitality, F&B, property, and travel is consistently of the highest calibre. On a personal note, I’ve known the founder in a business capacity for over 20 years. She is one of the most intelligent, entrepreneurial, and visionary business leaders I’ve ever met. A Cambridge graduate and an award-winning communications expert, she brings not only vast experience but also a deep commitment to integrity, creativity, and excellence in everything she does. Her leadership has made Palm PR a standout agency that combines industry insight with innovation and a genuinely collaborative ethos. I cannot recommend Palm PR highly enough — both as a consultancy partner and as a business led with exceptional intelligence and integrity.
