Very slow in turning around simple page edits and new pages. Additional response delay for US customers since they are in Thailand. Little attention to design detail/readability. Been waiting almost two weeks now to review a new page to be added to our website. They originally sent a PDF document for review that didn't include most of the content submitted. Took them another 4 days to respond that the page won't be done until Friday now. Almost 3 weeks for a single new page! I am a customer through TMT.
We've been using Pronto for about 7 years and they are AWESOME! I've learned to make some edits myself but most of what we need to do is too complicated for me. They are VERY responsive, usually completing a request with 24 hours but for sure 48 hours. They make all of the adjustments we need accurately and quickly. Cannot say enough good things about Pronto. Justine, Hugo and Norbert are top standouts!!
