A woman named Laura calls offering a better rate. We tell her several times that we have a relative who works in the energy sector, and she responds in a rude and arrogant manner, telling us to learn how to manage things properly and that our rate is at a price she's made up because it's a lie. When we tell her this, she becomes disrespectful, shouts, and acts very rude. I don't know how they have someone working with such an arrogant person. They should listen to the recordings and see how she treats people on the phone and take action.

Sometimes I wonder how such great things have been done from such a small place.
