I’ve been using Search Atlas for a major SEO/AEO overhaul, and while the platform itself is powerful, you should expect some bumps along the way. It’s a fast-moving environment, so bugs do happen — but in my view the product is strong enough that it’s worth pushing through them. However, the quality of technical support makes or breaks the experience. I initially left a 1-star review because of repeated interactions with one specific support consultant who consistently provided generic, copy-paste answers, didn’t engage with the actual issue, and tended to push responsibility back onto me as the client.
