Very disappointing experience with WebTec. What started as a strong sales pitch quickly turned into poor execution. Our “new” website was largely copy-and-paste from the old one, filled with errors and clearly lacking any real quality control. Our team had to spend significant time fixing issues that should never have made it through. Communication was extremely poor. Responses were slow or nonexistent, and once the site was marked “complete,” they became virtually unreachable—even through their own Basecamp system. To make matters worse, we were charged additional fees due to delays on their end, and the project ended up costing over $9,000 for what was essentially a rebuild of an existing site. We also continue to be billed monthly with little to no transparency on what those charges
