Professional, Local (IE not overseas), Innovative and Insightful! Jon and the rest of the team (we affectionately call them the Robots) helped transform our online shopping tool and our business along with it. After one of their employees purchased from our site, they noticed several areas where they may be able to improve things. They were right! What they did can only be compared to taking an old bag phone (if you are old enough to remember those) and building it into one of today’s smartphones. Their value did not end there. We hired 64 Robots through a competitive procurement to design a complex website. My favorite part of the process was the iterative co-design process. 64 Robots did a great job of making sure the design reflected our vision and strategy.
