I worked at AppsNation as a Senior Graphic Designer for 3 years. Initially, everything was normal and there were good opportunities to learn. However, over time, company policies changed frequently and mostly seemed to benefit management rather than employees. Overall, the work environment became unprofessional and management handled salary and increment decisions in a biased way. I resigned immediately after these incidents. I hope potential employees understand the company culture before joining, as policies and decisions often favor management over fair treatment of staff.

I am currently working at Appsnation as a Project Manager, and my experience has been very positive. The workspace is supportive and well-organized, and everyone is friendly and cooperative. The team culture makes it easy to collaborate and deliver quality work. I genuinely enjoy being part of this organization.
