Appventurez is one of the most mismanaged companies I have ever seen. They lack basic resources for sales, hiring and team support. Their is no job security and no skill development. Managers come late but yell at others for being late. No employee benefits, no flexibility, not even proper tea or breaks. Fixed lunch like a jail. No team culture. They always give bad Feedback to others, does not matter if you are good. They do fire you just because of Managers Ego. They didn't give your Settlement amount after they discontinue your services or terminate due to manager ego's.
