This company will NOT stop emailing their hot lists to recruiters. Not only have I received a ton of their hot list emails over the years, but each time I do I CALL the recruiter and make him take my name/email off his list while we're on the phone. Then I forward the email to the FTC in violation of CAN-SPAM. Yet it does nothing. I have no idea what to do but AVCO is by far the worst consulting company out there when it comes to spamming recruiters with their candidates. They should be fined heavily by the FTC (and maybe they are) but I'm sure the more emails I get, the more times I will report them, and the more angry conversations I can have with their recruiters. EDIT: 4 years later, this company IS STILL EMAILING ME despite me asking every single time to be unsubscribed. Just
