Horrible service. Departments, esp HR has no compassion. No sense of urgency. Response time takes forever. No initiative. Extremely long and tedious processes right from application and most esp during exit clearance. They have a knack of making simple process complicated and let the employee do their work. Can't even do simple internal coordination for a swift transaction. Totally regretted that I came here. Also.. No naproom. No lounge area. 30mins lunch only. Only boasts about their free meal and coffee but with very low salary. Certainly NOT a great place to work.
