For five years, we maintained a productive, professional relationship with Promevo, who managed our enterprise licensing for Chrome devices and handled our Google Workspace billing. However, this year, Promevo made significant changes to its billing practices, leading to mistakes, delays, and multiple DocuSign attempts, resulting in repeated requests for corrections. These changes included no longer adhering to established fulfillment protocols, failing to communicate changes to clients, allowing quotes to remain unprocessed instead of converting them into orders, and finally improvising new fulfillment practices altogether. We use Promevo for a couple of different companies we manage. While I truly appreciate them as a G-Suite provider...this review is to simply point out one of their amazing support staff. Mr. Cole Fuller is not only extremely knowledgeable...he's polite, professional, proficient and simply a joy to work with!
