I hired them for my e-commerce store, he delivered the job and was very helpful at the beginning. Afterwards, the modification that he has done kept disappearing from my web page. I was not able to use it. I have contacted him many times to ask for a permanent solution, but he blamed another app that I have been using to design my store and told me he had to integrate it into that app and asked me to pay more. I said if he could fix it permanently, I could pay it, but then he said he could not guarantee that would not happen and every time it disappears, I had to pay extra. I have been using the same app when I ordered this job, I designed the whole store with this app, if he had said this would be an issue, I would never ask for this job. In the end, I paid for something I could never use
