Unprofessional and Intrusive Interview Experience I recently interviewed for a BDE role at TatvaSoft and was shocked by the lack of professional etiquette in a global IT firm. Despite agreeing to their US shift (3 PM – 12 AM) and salary expectations, my time was completely disregarded. The Interrogation: Instead of evaluating my skills, the interviewer (who didn't bother to introduce himself) focused on intrusive personal questions: my father’s business, why I won't join him, and even whether I live in a PG or a personal home in Naranpura. Zero Respect: Mid-interview, the interviewer walked out to talk to someone else, returned without an apology, and kept checking his mobile phone while I was speaking.
