My experience with Techne App Development has been extremely disappointing. Toward the back end of our project, I found myself being pressured to pay invoices despite key deliverables still being incomplete or unresolved. My experience with management was that commitments made in phone conversations did not consistently translate into what was ultimately delivered, and I would strongly recommend that anyone engaging Techne documents every scope item, promise and variation in writing before making further payments.
