they created a terrible website. regularly crashes as soon as we try to make changes. very poor core web vitals, and we have to outsource to other agencies to correct the issues. Reply: we flagged up the issues and poor loading times back at development stage and they were never addressed by the NIU team. the content issues are related to the custom theme and blocks which NIU created. we're having to remove/edit/recreate them ourselves to improve the issues with loading speed.
