They are part of the outsourced support services for Microsoft and are doing a really bad job! They are especially bad in simply understanding the support request, then taking wrong actions and neglect to correct the wrong actions even after confirming that they misunderstood the request. Technical people are in place to evaluate business matters in which they obviously fail and reject to reach out to the right person. Their only focus seems to be on closing support requests despite the negative the customer experience.
If i could give negative stars i would. Very bad communication. Underpaid staff and when trying to talk to upper management about pay meet with silence.
