I've known the owner of Forix, Ngu, for quite a few years. When he approached me about updating my real estate website, I was very hesitant. I've worked with companies in the past and gotten a bit lost in the promises of fame and fortune. When I expressed this to him, he laid out very clearly what they do and do expect to happen. It was logical and not fantastical. I was still a bit concerned, but I trust him personally, so I took a chance. The team has been great to work with - they asked a lot of great questions and were helpful in translating my questions and concerns into a site that matched their knowledge and experience with a few things I asked for. Janet, my primary contact for the updating and migration process, is a great communicator and very helpful (and plenty patient!).
