There's no way to import a block list from Outlook. On their "daily digest" they can intercept dozens of emails. But if you want to block them you have to one by one click on block, then click "yes I actually wanted to block this that's why I clicked on block" in the popup in the browser page that opens. Then you have to go to a separate view to actually delete it so that it doesn't keep sending you reminders about it -- if you skip this step, the next time you block it, it just shows you a big error saying you can't block it because it's already blocked (well if it's already blocked then stop showing it to me!).
